Exciting news from Eastwood! This week marks a signification transition as we bid a fond (but not final!) farewell to our Managing Director Steve Ellis, as he prepares for his well deserved retirement in January. Steve will be working closely with the team to ensure a seamless handover.

We are thrilled to announce that Catherine Topliss will be stepping into the role of Managing Director. Catherine joined Eastwood as a Graduate in 2002, becoming a Director in 2015. She has over 20 years experience leading teams specialising in civil, structural and ground engineering for residential projects and a passion for producing innovative environmental and sustainable solutions. Her extensive knowledge of the industry, combined with her dedication to fostering collaborative environments, makes her the ideal leader.

But that’s not all! We are also delighted to welcome Matthew Chappell, Kate Edwards and Chris Hodge as our newest Directors, joining Steve English and Anthony Priest on the Director Team. To find our more about our Directors click here.

Finally, a big welcome to Andy Cross, Andrew Cartlidge and Adam Lavelle who join Andrew Kerslake as Technical Directors.
