Eastwood were appointed civil and structural engineers on this project undertaking an extensive range of engineering services both pre-planning and post-contract.
Pre-planning, Eastwood completed Geotechnical and Geo-environmental Site Investigation work, prepared the subsequent Site Remediation Plan, and developed the drainage strategy to the satisfaction of the Local Lead Flood Authority and Severn Trent Water.
Post-contract, Eastwood undertook foundation and superstructure designs, developed detailed drainage proposals, and completed remediation verification checks as required by the Local Authority.
