Welcome Break's new service station has opened at Junction 33 of the M1. Spanning two sites on either side of the existing motorway, it is connected via a tunnel underneath the M1. The Service Station boasts over 3400m2 of amenities for both the general public and HGV drivers, as well as petrol stations and a Starbucks drive-thru. 

The projects has allowed the re-development of land previously used as spoil and slag tips from the nearby Templeborough Steelworks, and acts as a flagship development for Welcome Break's modern branding.
